  • Each session is a unique, intuitive experience tailored to what you need in the moment. We explore what’s present for you, working with the subconscious mind and body’s intelligence to shift stuck emotions, limiting beliefs and internal patterns. Sessions may include a blend of EFT (tapping), NLP techniques and guided visualisations, woven together in a way that feels natural and supportive for you.

  • If you're feeling stuck, weighed down by emotional patterns or seeking deeper clarity and alignment in your life, this work may be for you. It’s for those who are ready to explore within, shift what’s no longer serving them and step into a more empowered version of themselves. If you’re unsure, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call so we can explore if this is the right fit for you.

  • I integrate Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and elements of Hypnotherapy into the sessions. Each of these modalities works with the subconscious mind and body to create deep shifts. I tailor the approach based on what’s present for you, so you don’t need to know the methods in advance—just come as you are and we’ll navigate it together.

  • You don’t need to choose anything! Sessions are fluid and intuitive, meaning I integrate the tools that best serve you in the moment. Every session is different because every person (and every session) brings something unique.

  • Your first session (60-90 mins) is an opportunity to explore what’s present for you and begin working with subconscious patterns. We start by discussing what’s currently showing up in your life, and from there, we begin gently working with tapping, subconscious exploration, and somatic awareness. There’s no pressure to go deep right away—everything unfolds at your own pace.

  • This is different for everyone. Some people experience noticeable shifts after just one session, while deeper, long-standing patterns often require multiple sessions. Some clients prefer to work with me short-term, while others continue for deeper, ongoing support. We can discuss what feels best for you.

  • All sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world in the comfort of your own space.

  • You don’t need any prior experience with meditation or visualisation to benefit from these sessions. If guided imagery doesn’t feel natural to you, we’ll find other ways to work with your subconscious mind and body that feel comfortable and accessible. This work is adaptable to each person’s needs and how they process information.

  • All sessions are booked online through my Booking Page. If you’re a new client, please start with a free 15-minute discovery call so we can explore whether this work is the right fit for you. If we’ve already worked together, you can go ahead and book a session or package that suits you.

  • Yes! I offer 3, 6 and 9-session packages at a discounted rate for those who want deeper, ongoing support. Packages allow us to work together more consistently, creating a greater impact over time. Sessions within a package must be redeemed within the timeframe stated at booking. See full details here.

  • Yes, all new clients begin with a free 15-minute discovery call before booking a session. This helps ensure that we’re the right fit and that I can support you in the best way possible. If we’ve already worked together, you can go ahead and book your next session.

  • Payments are made online at the time of booking via Stripe. This ensures your session is confirmed and scheduled.

  • Yes, all sessions must be paid for at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This also applies to session packages. If payment isn’t completed, the session won’t be scheduled.

  • Yes! If you have a promo code, you can enter it at checkout when booking your session.

  • At this time, I do not offer payment plans. However, session packages provide a discounted rate for those looking for ongoing support.

  • Single Sessions:

    • 36+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session or request a full refund.

    • Less than 36 hours’ notice (including no-shows): The session cannot be refunded or rescheduled. A new booking will be required.

    Session Packages:

    • 36+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session within the timeframe of your package.

    • Less than 36 hours’ notice (including no-shows): The session is counted as used.

    • Package expiry: All sessions in a package must be redeemed within the agreed timeframe.

  • If you need to reschedule, you can do so directly through your Acuity booking link, provided it’s within the allowed timeframe. If you need to reschedule a session within a package, it must be done within the package validity period.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your session through the confirmation email you received at booking. If you have any issues, feel free to contact me for assistance.

  • Refunds are available based on the cancellation policy outlined above. Refunds are not available for late cancellations or missed sessions.

  • Yes, absolutely. Everything we discuss in our sessions is strictly confidential. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and experiences openly.

  • Yes, I may take minimal session notes to track key themes or progress. These are kept securely and confidentially, in line with GDPR regulations. Notes are for my reference only and are never shared unless legally required to do so (e.g., in cases where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others).

  • No, sessions are not recorded. The work we do is meant to be experienced in the moment, and I respect your privacy.

  • No, I do not share any personal details or session information with third parties. The only exception would be if I am legally required to do so (for example, in cases where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others).

  • Yes, many of my clients work with me alongside traditional therapy or other healing modalities. My sessions are not a replacement for medical help, but they can be complementary in supporting emotional healing, subconscious work and self-discovery. If you’re currently in therapy, you may wish to check with your healthcare provider or therapist to ensure this aligns with your overall support plan.

  • You are welcome to book a single session whenever the time is right for you. For potential deeper transformation, many clients find that a series of sessions creates continuity and helps with their commitment. Healing and personal growth unfold over time, so I offer session packages as well for ongoing support.

  • There’s no formal preparation required. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on—sometimes, the most important themes naturally arise in the session itself. However, if you have specific thoughts, emotions or patterns you’d like to explore, you’re welcome to reflect on them beforehand.

  • This work is designed to gently guide you through emotions in a safe and supportive way. If something intense arises, we take things at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are never about forcing breakthroughs — they are about allowing what is ready to shift in a way that feels grounded and manageable.

  • Everyone’s process is different, and shifts can happen in both obvious and subtle ways. Some changes are immediate, while others take time to integrate. If you feel unsure about the process, we can discuss your experience and adjust the approach if needed. If at any point you decide this isn’t the right fit, that’s completely okay — what matters most is that you find the support that feels best for you.

  • Yes, I require cameras to be on during sessions. This helps create a sense of connection and allows me to guide you more effectively. Before your session, I’ll send a practical guide with tips on setting up your space for the best experience.

  • A stable internet connection is essential for our work together. If you experience a connection issue, try to rejoin the Zoom session as soon as possible. If the issue persists, we will discuss how to proceed. We will also talk through what to do in case of technical difficulties during your first session, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

  • Sessions are deeply personal, so it’s important that the person receiving the session is the one making the choice to book. If someone you know is interested, you are welcome to share my details with them, but I ask that they reach out directly to book their own session.

  • Yes! All sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can book from anywhere in the world. Payments will be processed in GBP, and your bank may apply currency conversion fees if you are paying in another currency.

  • Yes, absolutely. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve sat in circle many times before, you are so welcome. These gatherings are held gently and intentionally so that every woman feels at ease, no matter where she is on her journey.

  • These particular circles are for women who share the experience of being born and living in a female body. This is a space for shared resonance and connection, rather than exclusion.

  • No. These circles are completely private and confidential. Nothing is recorded, and the space is held with full presence and respect for everyone’s privacy.

  • Please join from a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed. Just like you would in an in-person gathering, the invitation is to be fully present — without multitasking, scrolling or any other distractions. This time is for you and for the group to feel connected in real time. A cup of tea, a cosy blanket or anything that helps you settle is always welcome.

  • Yes, being on camera helps create a sense of presence, safety and connection within the group. This isn’t about appearance — it’s about showing up fully and honouring the shared space we’re co-creating together.

  • The Zoom link is sent automatically upon booking. Please allow enough time to join the circle so we can start on time. If you have any issues joining, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist you before the starting time.
    Please note that I won’t be able to do anything for you if you are late.

  • Yes, these circles are held regularly. If this one isn’t the right time, you’re very welcome to join a future gathering when it aligns for you.
